How to Brew

French Press (recommended): Add 1 heaped tablespoon (12g per cup) or 24g for a strong cup. Pour 200ml of just-boiled water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Plunge slowly and pour.

Filter / Drip – Use exactly like ground coffee. Stovetop (Moka pot) – Fill loosely; do not tamp.

Serve black, with your favorite milk or cream, or a drizzle of honey. Also delicious over ice for a cold brew.
